Temporary Sharing

HOW IT WORKS

From presentation to link.
In three steps.

No account. No attachment to send. Just your slides, for the time you choose.

01

Upload your presentation

Choose a PDF or PowerPoint, up to 100 MB and 300 slides. The title is filled in automatically; you can edit it before sharing.

02

Choose how long it stays online

Select 1, 3 or 7 days; accounts can also choose permanent availability. The clock starts when your link is ready, after the slides have been uploaded and prepared.

03

Send a link, keep the file

Copy the link and send it by email, chat or message. Recipients open the slides directly in their browser, without creating an account.

MADE FOR THE VIEWER

Your ideas take centre stage.
A simple experience around them.

Open it anywhere

One link for computers, tablets and phones. No presentation software to install.

Three ways to view

Scroll through the slides, focus on one at a time, or use the grid to find the slide you need.

An expiry you can see

The countdown shows how much time remains. The link stops working when time is up, even if the viewer is already open.

Lightweight sharing

Slides are prepared as compressed WebP images, keeping sharing lightweight and browsing smooth.

FAQ

Before you share.

What you need to know about files, access and expiry.

Can I protect the link with a password?

Yes. Before creating the link, set a password of at least 8 characters. Recipients must enter it before seeing the slides. Send it separately from the link. Password protection does not change the chosen expiry.

Can recipients download the PDF or PowerPoint?

By default the viewer displays slide images and does not offer document downloads. The sender can enable PDF, PowerPoint or both. PowerPoint exported from PDF contains static images without editable elements. As with any content visible on the web, screenshots and saving visible images cannot be prevented completely.

Which files can I share?

PDF, PPTX and PPT, up to 100 MB and 300 slides. Choose PDF for the closest match to your fonts and layout. PowerPoint is converted to static slides: animations, audio and video are not played, and some fonts may be substituted.

Do I or my recipients need an account?

No. You upload without signing up, and recipients open the link without logging in. When you set a password, recipients also need it. Without a password, anyone with the link can view it while it is available, so share it only with the people you intend.

What happens when time is up?

The link closes at the end of your chosen period. Slides are deleted when the expired link is requested or during the next automatic cleanup. Copies captured by viewers cannot be withdrawn.

Can I remove it early?

Yes: use “Remove now” on the page that shows your link. Keep that page in the same browser session; if you register, you can save the presentation to your dashboard and manage it there.

Is the original file kept?

For guests with downloads disabled, PDF is prepared on-device and PowerPoint is deleted after conversion. For accounts or with downloads enabled, originals stay in private storage until expiry or removal. The viewer receives slide images; documents are accessible only when downloads are enabled.
